Peaceful Day

Hello everyone,

Quiet, relaxing day today.  It's starting to warm up nicely now- I think the real cold is gone for good- or at least I hope it is.

Yesterday I went to check on Mrs. O'Teri- she's doing well.  I'll take her shopping at end of week.

I then took May to her favorite place- you guessed it Puppy Park!!!

Today was about just resting and chatting with friends online.  I must say these past two weeks I have found a lot of peace-  Things have been going good- it's a nice change.  Hopefully this stretch will continue.

Well take care and we'll talk again soon....Love Donna

What a Weekend

Hi there.....

It was a very busy weekend (for me!!)  I still have the girls, so need to keep them busy or they start bickering....and I hate bickering!!!

Saturday was April 1st...we started by cleaning car out.  We vacuumed it out and washed down seats & dash.  Then we returned bottles.  That took awhile..quite busy there on Saturdays.   We then went to car wash and knocked a layer of dust off the top.  We went to B.K. for lunch.  Then I took the girls to Hull.  We tried to go to the Life saving Museum, but it was closed, so I took them up to Fort Revere.  I told them about how the fort was used during Revolutionary War.  We also read a plaque that told how the Brewster Islands got their names.  We could also see Boston Light from there (light house).  We did some shopping then finally headed home for the day.  Had nice QUIET dinner, then off to bed they went!!!

Saturday night- Sunday morning was DLS so we sprung the clocks ahead 1hr.

Sunday-- The girls and I went to meeting.  After that we stopped to check on Foxy (their cat).  We came home & grabbed a bite to eat.  We then took May over to Wade's for a visit.  She'll stay there for a couple of days.  Good for her & will help the others-- they are missing Harry.  The girls & I then headed to Mom's.  We visited with her for about 1 hr.  On the way home I stopped at the Bridgewater playground for the girls.... They had a great time.  They were running, swinging, and sliding for an hour!!  By the time we home all of us were exhausted (probably more me than them!!!).  We had nice dinner, spoke with Amy then the girls were off to bed.  I'm heading there soon.  We have to get up early tomorrow, it's Monday & time to go back to school!

The weather was great all weekend.  I just love this time of year.  Hope this note finds all doing well.  take care and we'll chat again soon.   Love... Donna
