Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to touch base with you. I am doing pretty good. Finally the SUV seems to be fixed after spending close to $6000! (since May).
My dog May is also doing better- she had been very sick for a few months.....
But still I won't be going out on the road yet.... Mom found out last Friday that she has to have surgery on her shoulder tomorrow. She has a 4-6 month recovery ahead of her- so I am staying here to help her. If all goes well and no other problems come up I will go back out in the Spring.
2009 was a wash out as far as traveling goes- but that is ok...I have been blessed with the traveling I have been able to do so far!
I will try to get a couple of weekend trips in this winter...so check back every now and then to see where I disappeared to!! LOL
This summer has gone by fast... it started out as a rainy dismal summer, but ended quite nice.
I was able to get some pictures (on my cell phone ) of a beautiful rainbow in early August, and also got some nice sunset pictures. I have posted them for you to enjoy too!

I am very glad to hear that May is doing better! I have been praying for May...I am so sorry that your mom has to go thru another surgery, bummer but I am glad that you are there to help her out..Although I am dissappointed that your traveling for 2009 is a wash...everything happens for a reason and yes you are blessed and everyone around you is blessed that you are able to be there for them... I will be praying for your mom and hoping that 2010 I will be able to see you...I miss you and love you and things always work out the way they are supposed to...say Hi to David and your mom and God Bless You All!
